L’Oasis Builders, Incorporated is a collaboration of two long time business associates. Werner Koehler is a Florida State Certified Building Contractor since 1986. Mr. Koehler has been in the Custom Home Building Business for over 30 years and brings to the company vast experience in not only home building but also custom design and quality know how. Gary Paganello is a financial entrepreneur. His resume includes being an officer of a National Bank and an officer and owner of several Florida State Mortgage Lenders since 1987. Mr. Paganello has been a real estate investor and has been involved in renovating properties in New York as well as here in Florida for over 25 years. This partnership brings together specific expertise that both complements and fills the void for a very special home building experience. |
